Christmas Delivery Cut-Off

To guarantee delivery in time for Christmas, orders must be placed on or before 20th December 2025.

Extended Christmas Returns

All items purchased during the Christmas period (November 14th - December 31st) can be returned for a full refund until 11th January.

 

Shipping Information

Free Shipping

All orders are shipped within 3–5 working days via An Post. We currently offer free standard shipping to the Republic of Ireland when you spend over €100. Orders under €100 will incur a delivery fee of €6.

Important Information

Please ensure that your delivery address is correct, as we cannot redirect items once dispatched. For security purposes, we may need to contact card providers to confirm your details.

During periods of sale, some delays can occur or some items may be out of stock. Every effort is made to limit these occurrences.

Any item(s) undelivered by our courier partners must be returned to us before we can issue a refund or resend the item(s). If an item is lost during the delivery process, refunds can only be issued once the case is officially closed with our delivery partners.

Diffney is happy to accept returns for any item purchased on our website within 14 calendar days of receipt.

If you return an item due to a change of mind, you are responsible for the return-shipping cost.

There is no charge for returning a faulty item.

All items however will be checked before shipping to ensure they are as described and are free from damage or faults. Your refund will be credited to the original payment method once the returned item has been received and inspected.

Important Information

Unwanted goods must be returned in a fully resalable condition, with all tags intact. Please take care when trying on clothing and avoid makeup, fragrance, or deodorant that may mark or scent items.
We reserve the right to refuse a refund or exchange if goods are not returned in saleable condition or are damaged..

Exchanges

To make your exchange process as smooth as possible and to avoid your desired item being sold out, we advise placing a new order if you want a different colour or size. You can then return the original item(s) and receive a refund.

How can I return items?

If you purchased online, you can return your item in-store, via An Post, or through a courier/parcel service. Please ensure you have your order number.
Items purchased in-store can only be returned to a Diffney store.

Returning items in–store

You can return any online purchase in-store, provided:

- You have your dispatch note

- The goods are in resalable, undamaged condition with tags intact

Refunds will be made to your original payment card and may take 3–5 working days (this depends on your card provider).
If you do not have your original payment method with you, a Diffney gift voucher will be issued.

Returning items by post

A returns form is enclosed with your order.
