To accommodate our loyal customers, we have uploaded some of our seasonal ranges to purchase online. As we our doing this project ourselves we would like to thank our customers for their understanding while we progress with our online service.
We are working hard to ship deliveries within 3 working days and have implemented measures for collecting and dispatching orders in line with advice from the HSE.
Please note that courier services nationally are experiencing delays due to high volumes which may impact on delivery times.
Shipping via An Post
Any item(s) undelivered by our courier partners must be received back in order for us to issue a refund or resend the item (s). If an item(s) is lost during the delivery process then refunds can only be issued once the case is closed with our delivery partners.
Please note that our courier currently does not deliver to Parcel Motel.
Please ensure that your delivery address is correct, as we cannot redirect items once dispatched. For security purposes, we may need to contact card providers to confirm your details.
During periods of sale, some delays can occur or some items may be out of stock. Every effort is made to limit these occurrences.
We currently offer free shipping when you spend over €100 (excluding sale items). Please enter code FREESHIPPING on the cart page in the Do you have a Coupon Code? section for the free shipping option.
Diffney is happy for you to return any item you purchase from our site within 14 calendar days of receiving it. During this period you can return the item for any reason. If you return any item because of change of mind you will have to pay the cost of returning it. There will be no charge for returning an item that is faulty. All items however will be checked before shipping to ensure they are as described and are free from damage or faults. Your refund will be credited to the original payment method once the returned item has been received and inspected.
Unwanted goods must be returned in a fully resaleable condition and any tags must be intact. Extra care must be taken when trying on clothing, please ensure you are not wearing any make up, fragrance or deodorant that may leave a scent or mark. We reserve the right to refuse an exchange or refund if goods are not returned in a saleable condition or are damaged.
To make your exchange process as smooth as possible and to avoid your desired item being sold out, we advise placing a new order if you want a different colour or size. You can then return the original item(s) and receive a refund.
How can I return items?
If you have purchased from our online site you can make a return in – store, via An Post or through a parcel or courier service. You must have your order number. If you purchased an item in store you can only return the item back to the store.
Returning items in –store
You are able to return any item you purchased in –store immediately provided you have your dispatch note and goods for return are in a resaleable condition, unopened with tags and undamaged. Our store assistants will refund your original payment card or help you find an alternative. Refunds to cards can take 3 -5 working days to process and are the responsibility of your card provider. If you do not have your original payment with you and still wish to make a return, a Diffney gift voucher will be offered to you.
Returning items by post
A returns form will be enclosed with your order. Simply complete your returns form and enclose it with your repackaged items and return it to Diffney, Blackrock Shopping Centre, Rock Hill, Blackrock, Co. Dublin, A94 TP21
Returning items by courier/parcel services
